They made the wallpapers 100% width, so if you're on desktop, each image is too big to fit on screen as you scroll, particularly with that sticky header (unless you have a vertical display). Really put thought into the design there, guys... This is like how Japanese websites are sometimes designed exclusively for mobile and end up looking ridiculous on desktop as a result, with everything way too big. I'd expect better from "Microsoft Design."
Oh, and they're scrolljacking, to make it even more infuriating. So you can't easily scroll up and down to see the full image even if you try. This is frankly a textbook example of bad design.
